The Structural Measurements Seminar will be offered August 13-15, 2008 followed by the Modal Analysis Seminar August 18-20, 2008. While the form and content of each of these seminars has evolved over the last three decades, these seminars are the longest running seminars in the area of experimental modal analysis.
Each 3-day seminar includes lectures and demonstrations of basic theory and concepts covering the latest methods used by practitioners. Sufficient background and detail is provided so that the technical issues and limitations of more advanced topics can be well understood by users. If you are wondering what MIMO-FRF, MRIT, PTD®, PFD®, PolyMax® and AF-Poly® are all about, these seminars are for you! All examples and demonstrations will be given using UC-SDRL developed powerful software (X-Modal II® and X-ACQuisition®) that utilizes Matlab® as the computational engine combined with VXI Technology’s latest DSA measurement products.
Each seminar includes complete notes and reference material, along with lunch and snacks at a cost of $1000.
